David from the Kitzbühel Cross-Country Ski School offers an introduction to the sport of biathlon.
Participants practise shooting with an air rifle (prone and standing) at five targets. After a group warm-up, enjoy a relaxed 30-minute jog through the Bichlach area while learning about training methods. The session continues at the shooting range, finishing with a relay challenge that demonstrates the difficulty of shooting under physical exertion.
